Dr. Pek is a consultant plastic surgeon who specialises in cosmetic surgery, as well as reconstructive surgery of the breast. She is one of few surgeons who are dually- accredited by the Ministry of Health in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery. Prioritising each patient’s unique goals and preferences, Dr. Pek seeks to improve form and function through a meticulous and personalised patient approach.

The focus of Dr. Pek's practice includes aesthetic surgery of the breast, such as breast augmentation, reduction and lifts, facial aesthetic surgery such as eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty, as well as aesthetic surgery of the body such as liposuction, tummy tucks and vaginal rejuvenation. As a female plastic surgeon and mother, Dr. Pek understands how plastic surgery can help women and mothers feel more comfortable and confident after the physical changes of motherhood.

Dr. Pek received her undergraduate medical training at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. She completed her post-graduate surgical training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a the Academy of Medicine in Singapore. Dr. Pek has received numerous accolades, including the Gold Medal from the College of Surgeons, Singapore as the best performing advanced surgical trainee in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. She also received the ICOPLAST Award of Excellence and the Singhealth “Service with a Heart” Award.

Dr. Pek trained in aesthetic breast surgery and reconstruction with a world-renowned breast plastic surgeon in the United States of America. She has also received cosmetic and reconstructive surgery training in private clinics and hospitals in South Korea with leaders in the field. Dr. Pek has also trained with a world-renowned aesthetic gynaecologist based in London and is a member of the European Society of Aesthetic Gynecology.

Dr. Pek has practised as a consultant plastic surgeon at Singapore General Hospital’s Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery where her main reconstructive focus was that of breast reconstruction. She has honed her skill over the years to restore the appearance and function of the breast with finesse and an emphasis on enhanced recovery after surgery. Her extensive experience with breast reconstruction and dedication to keeping up to date with the latest techniques and clinical evidence has also kept her on the forefront of developments in the field. She uses microsurgical techniques, works with minimally invasive mastectomy incisions, restores sensation that is lost following a mastectomy and performs lymphedema surgery for breast cancer related
lymphedema.
