Dr Adrian Ooi and Dr Pek Chong Han are both highly qualified and experienced plastic surgeons with a shared approach to patient-centric care. Their skills and experience complement each other, allowing Polaris Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery to offer a broad range of high-quality aesthetic and reconstructive procedures to their patients.

Dr Adrian Ooi specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery of the eyes and face, liposuction, breast cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, skin cancer surgery, head and neck reconstruction, functional extremity reconstruction, reconstructive microsurgery, and lymphedema surgery.

Dr Pek Chong Han has specialized training and experience in breast and body contouring surgery, liposuction, facial aesthetic surgery, craniofacial trauma and reconstructive surgery, microsurgical reconstruction, reconstructive limb salvage surgery, and the management of complex scars and wounds.

With their shared training and experience, their areas of clinical expertise dovetail harmoniously, making it possible to provide a wide range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures to patients at Polaris Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Dr Adrian Ooi is an MOH-accredited, board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience in modern reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a focus on aesthetic plastic surgery of the eyes and face, breast augmentation and reconstruction, head and neck surgery lymphedema surgery and extremity reconstruction.
 
Dr Ooi exercises a “patient-first” approach, focusing on embracing individual uniqueness when designing customized treatment plans. He believes in harnessing advanced plastic surgery techniques and technology to ensure a smooth and rapid recovery, with an emphasis on reducing post-operative discomfort for his patients.
 
He graduated from medical school in London, where he was awarded the MBBS (Bachelor in Medicine, Bachelor in Surgery). Afterwards, he pursued further medical and surgical training in London, Singapore and the United States. Dr Ooi completed his plastic surgery training at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH), and was quickly advanced to a consultant in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, and the SingHealth DukeNUS Head and Neck Center. He then completed his advanced reconstructive fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Centre under Scholarship from MOH and following this, his advanced aesthetic fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in London.
 
With years of rigorous training in various parts of the world and working alongside renowned plastic surgeons, Dr Ooi achieved an extraordinary accumulation of experience and knowledge to perform a wide spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He is also one of only two Da Vinci Robot-trained plastic surgeons in Singapore, a technological advancement in plastic surgery with the use of robots for enhanced precision and outcomes.

Dr. Adrian Ooi is an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He strives to implement the best international practices in each patient's case to achieve desired long-lasting results.

Dr Pek Chong Han

Dr Pek Chong Han is a MOH-accredited, board-certified consultant plastic surgeon with specialized training and experience in modern plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. His areas of clinical expertise would include breast & body contouring surgery, liposuction, facial aesthetic surgery, craniofacial trauma and reconstructive surgery, breast augmentation & reconstruction, microsurgical reconstruction, reconstructive limb salvage surgery and management of complex scars and wounds.
 
Having completed Medical School at NUS and Plastic Surgery Residency Training in Singapore, Dr Pek was the first full-time plastic surgeon at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and had grown the plastic surgery service from its humble beginnings till 2022 as its first chief of service. Together with his team, their work left a transformative impression on their patients, as evidenced by the media features through the years.
 
During his years of clinical practice, his passion for plastic surgery was evident in his active pursuit of excellence; this journey would take him around the world to experience and learn from various masters of plastic surgery in America, Europe, South Korea and South-East Asia. In addition, Dr Pek was fortunate to be awarded the prestigious AOCMF Fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan in craniofacial surgery as a visiting scholar.
 
Dr Pek has a strong passion for teaching plastic surgery, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He had previously held the following academic appointments:
